Jump Fit
Burn up to 20 calories/min in our 40 minute cardio Jump Fit Class. Classes are designed for both beginners and advanced. Don’t have boots? Don’t worry, just wear high socks and we have the rest covered!
* All levels are welcome to any class
*250lbs weight limit for the boots
Bungee Fit
Are you ready to fly? We offer regular classes every week! Our bungee class is the most diverse class we have ranging from kids all the way to seniors! Reach your cardio max in 4-5 minutes or take it slow with a core and weighted bungee session; the sky is the limit with bungees!
* 360lbs Weight Limit for regular classes. No weight limit for personal training on bungees.

Muscle Fit & Step Aerobics
Tone it, work it, PUMP IT UP! Our Muscle Classes include Step Fit, Muscle Sculpting, Hit Fit, Bootcamp, Pilates & Core Fit. It’s all the hype with a full body workout. From beginner to advanced, these classes are packed with energy and.. muscle!
